Everything You Need to Know

We have a 14 day return policy from day of purchase. Unfortunately we can not exchange or refund after that date. For return items they must be in the same condition as received, unworn with tags and packaging and a receipt to prove purchase. We do not offer refunds due to incorrect sizing or dislike choice.

Exchanges and refunds

Return shipping address and return code will be provided via email once refund is approved.

We will inspect your returned purchase/s prior to approval of refund and advise of the outcome via email. Refunds will be processed in 1-2 business days. Return shipping fees will only be refunded if return is due to failure of our own.
